Investment immigration green card
Immigrant Investor Green Cards are for foreigners who obtain green card status by investing in the United States. Applicants are required to invest a certain amount and create a certain number of jobs. Investment projects must meet the conditions set by USCIS, such as investing in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or manufacturing area. Applicants need to submit investment plans, business documents and related materials, and go through a series of approval procedures. If the applicant's investment project meets the requirements and is approved, they can obtain the EB5 priority date, and finally obtain the green card status through steps such as interviews and investigations.
